In this motion part, I explored graphically the definition of a word “evolve” in different mediums: print and animation. I wanted to express more visually what a dictionary definition can offer; word families, historical references, meanings in different context, synonyms and antonyms. In this motion part I explored the meaning of “evolution”
in historical context inspired by the scientific drawings from the past. The growing
time line reflects some of scientific significance and the sense of development that
leads to the present time.
